How to Use RC Wallet

The RC Wallet home screen provides a central hub for managing your cryptocurrency.
 


How To Send Crypto Assets

This feature allows you to send your cryptocurrency assets from your wallet to other addresses. 

Step 1: Select “Send” 

Step 2: Enter Recipient and Amount Details


From: Select the source wallet

To: Enter the recipient’s wallet address

Currency: Select the currency you wish to send

Amount: Enter the amount to be transferred


Before proceeding, please take a moment to review all the entered details to ensure they are correct. Then, tap or click “NEXT STEP”.



Step 3: Network Fees (Gas Fee)

The “Gas Fee” or network transaction fee will be displayed. This fee is required by the blockchain network to process your transaction and can fluctuate based on network
Once you have reviewed and are satisfied with the gas fee, tap or click “CONFIRM” to proceed.



Step 4: Final Review and Confirmation

Carefully review the recipient’s wallet address and the amount one last time. Ensure all details are correct before proceeding.

If all the information is accurate, tap or click “SEND” to initiate the cryptocurrency transfer.


Transfer Complete

The transaction usually takes less than 10 minutes. However, the arrival time of funds may be subject to variations depending on the time of day and network traffic.


How To Check Transaction History


This section explains how to view the history of your transactions within the app or platform. 


Step 1: Select “History”


Step 2: View Transaction Details

To see more specific information about a particular transaction, simply tap or click on that entry in the list.


The detailed information for the selected transaction will then be displayed, including the date, time, amount, currency, and any relevant transaction IDs. 


For even more in-depth information about the transaction on the blockchain network, you can tap or click on the “Explorer”.


How to Receive & Check Wallet Address


This feature allows you to receive cryptocurrency assets into your Wallet. Here, you can also find your wallet address. 


Step 1: Select “Receive”


Step 2: View Your Wallet Address and QR Code


Your wallet address and a corresponding QR code will be displayed on the screen.

There is a “Copy Address” button available, allowing you to easily copy your wallet address to your clipboard.


How to Switch Between Networks


Our platform supports multiple blockchain networks, allowing you to manage and interact with different types of crypto assets. 


Step 1: Select network 


You can find the settings on the top-right corner of your Wallet Homepage and Select a network to connect your wallet. 




How To Deposit to Your Card


Step 1: Select “Card”

Step 2: Login to Your Card 

For security purposes, you may be asked to log in to your Card account. Enter the email address and password you used when applying for the card.


Once you have entered your credentials correctly, tap or click “CONFIRM”.



Step 3: Initiate the Deposit Process


Once redirected to your Card dashboard, select “Deposit”. You will then be prompted to choose the amount you wish to deposit.


How to Check Your Wallet Balances


This section explains how to view the cryptocurrency assets held within your wallets on our platform.


Step 1: Select the Wallets


If you have multiple wallets, you will see a list of your wallets. Select the specific wallet you wish to view the balance for.

Step 2: View Your Balances


Once you have selected a wallet, the detailed balance information for that wallet will be displayed. This will show the amount of each supported cryptocurrency you hold.


Currently Supported Cryptocurrencies:

Ethereum (ETH)

Binance Coin (BNB)

Polygon (POL)

Tether (USDT)

Note: Any currencies you hold that are not listed above, will not be displayed in RC Wallet.
