How do I apply the Card?
Applying for a card is easy! The card issuance fee can be paid with USDT or a credit/debit card.
1) Click the ""Get Started"" button on the homepage.
2) Enter your basic information.
*Your email address and password will be required to log in to your card account.
3) Enter your residential address and billing address, and upload your proof of address.
4) Confirm your entered information and select your shipping address.
5) Complete the email verification process.
6) Upload a government-issued photo ID.
7) Complete the payment process for the card issuance fee.

How long does it take for the Card to be delivered?
The delivery time for the card varies depending on the country and region of your residence, as well as the local postal conditions. The following are approximate delivery times (excluding weekends and holidays):
・East Asia and Southeast Asia (e.g., Japan, South Korea, Thailand): 7-10 business days
・European Economic Area (EEA) (e.g., Germany, France, Italy): 14-21 business days

What are the spending limits on the Card?
The daily limit is 15,000 USD.
The monthly limit is 150,000 USD.
Is there an annual fee for the card?
Yes, there is an annual fee of $50 USD per card, starting from the year following the card's issuance.
What is the expiration date of the card?
The Card has an expiration period of 5 years from the month of issuance.
How to Suspend Your Card Due to Loss, Theft, or Unauthorized Use
If your card is los, stolen or used fraudulently, please use the "Card Suspension" feature immediately.
Card Suspension feature: This feature temporarily disables your card. You can reactivate it yourself.
How to Suspend Your Card
1) Log in to your account.
2) Select the card you want to suspend.
3) Click the "Suspend" button.
4) A confirmation popup will appear then click the "Confirm" button.
Is there a fee for replacing a card?
Yes. The card replac fee is 150 USD (shipping included).

What documents are required for identity and address verification?
We require identity and address verification to process your card application and to comply with regulatory requirements, ensuring the protection of your account from unauthorized access.

How do I deposit on my Card?
You can deposit (top up) funds to your card by following the steps below:
1) On the RC Wallet home screen, select “Card.”
2) On the Card screen, tap “Deposit.”
3) Confirm the deposit amount and network, then proceed to “PAY.”
4) Finally, tap “CONFIRM DEPOSIT”to complete the process.

Is there a limit on the amount that can be deposited onto the card?
The minimum deposit amount is $15.
There is no maximum limit on deposits.
How much is the deposit fee?
The fee is 1 USD per deposit.
How much is the exchange fee?
The exchange fee is 2.3% in addition to the Mastercard exchange rate.
My deposit is not credited, What should I do?
Please first check your ”History” in your RC Wallet , or ""Desposit History"" in your Card Homepage to confirm if the amount has been deducted from your sending source.
If the amount has not been deducted:
・Verify the deposit amount and network chain: Ensure you have entered the correct amount and selected the appropriate network chain for your deposit.
・Check the gas fee: If you are depositing via a blockchain network, confirm that the gas fee you set was sufficient for the transaction to be processed. .
If you are still unable to deposit, please contact customer support via Chat or Email.
How long does deposit amounts take to credit into the Card balance?
Normally, the deposited amount is credited in the card balance immediately.
However, it may take some time for the amount to be credited depending on the following circumstances:

・Weekends and holidays

I've made a deposit the wrong amounts, Can I refund back to my Wallet?
Unfortunately, cannot refund your money to your Wallet. Please be carefll when you make a despoit into the card.

How do I update my profile?
There are certain profile fields that can be updated, and others that cannot.
Update Procedure:
1) Select the ""Setting"" gear icon at the bottom of the Card screen.
2) Select ""Account Profile"".
3) Select the item you wish to update.
・Username: Cannot be changed
・Email address: Can be changed
・Phone Number: Cannot be changed
・Birth Date: Cannot be changed
・Billing Address: Can be changed
・Residential Address: Can be changed.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Even if the return or cancellation process with the merchant has been completed, it may take up to approximately 30 days for the refund to be processed.
If the refund has not been received, it is possible that the refund or cancellation data has not been sent by the merchant, or that there was an error in the data sent.
